Six Steps from Stress to Success

Opti-Mind Model of Convergence 

Opti – Mind model of convergence has been created by Lisa Vescio. It is based on the principles of her six steps from stress to success strategy. 

This model is key in her approach to assist her clients to achieve success by removing stress factors and triggers in order to attain the optimal use of their minds.

To become self-aware is the first step to understanding how we respond to stressful or perceived stressful situations and the changes that can be made to manage our lives and difficult circumstances thus reducing the negative symptoms of stress.

In Step One, we explore what stress is and what it means to you.  We carry out a personality test to give you a deeper understanding of yourself and how you deal with situations. What your modus operandi is when you are under pressure and when you are not.

Understanding your personality type will give you a much clearer perspective of yourself and how you operate. It gives the ability to self-reflect and manage things differently.

The mental is a set of cognitive facilities including consciousness, imagination, perception, thinking, judgment, language and memory.  It the faculty of a persons’ thoughts and consciousness.  It holds the power of imagination, recognition and appreciation, and it is responsible for processing feelings and emotions, resulting in attitudes and actions.

Once you have a deeper understanding of yourself and how your mind works you are empowered to make the changes necessary to move on with your life. 

Step Two, educates you to understand the power of the conscious and unconscious mind. We look at the power of our thoughts and words and the impact on unconscious manifestations.

It offers the opportunity for reflection of situations that you have dealt with using repeated patterns of behaviour and enables you to see how this combined with your personality has unconsciously created situations in your life and the links to self-sabotaging behaviours such as fears and insecurities. We explore where these patterns developed and the impact they have had on your life. 

Patterns of behaviour are caused by experiences learned during our early years. They then become the way in which we operate on an unconscious level. In this process you become aware of your patterns and have the opportunity to change them or live by them from a higher perspective.

This can be carried out using a combination hypnosis, guided mediation and/or specific coaching methods

Physical refers to the body, a complex vessel which we use to connect with our environment and other people around us. The physical self is the concrete dimension, the tangible aspect of the person that can be directly observed and examined.

This amazing vessel can also be significantly impaired if not looked after properly.  When a person endures chronic stress it can have a massive impact on the body and cause all sorts of ailments and diseases, which if not managed can add to the downward cycle of despair when one already feels mentally fatigued. 

In step three we explore the power of the mind, how it controls our physical body and also how it can heal and repair. Lisa works with you to find ways to get yourself back on track physically so that you are aiming for optimum health and fitness. At this stage of the process you will be ready to start building yourself back up to prepare for your new life ahead.

Your spiritual self is you in your most beautiful and powerful form. It is the authentic self, the unconditional part. It is the ‘you’ without patterns. Step 4 teaches you how to listen to your heart and nurture your spirit. We look at the impact of stress and how this causes disharmony, how it disconnects you and what this means.

I work with you to help you reconnect and understand the positive impact of this and most importantly how integral it is to reconnect and put balance back into your life so that you can create your successful life ahead.

In step five  you are supported to consciously create your plan for the future. This will be based on new patterns of behaviours, positive belief systems and free of old self-sabotaging patterns.

In order to create a plan for your business, you must first create a plan for your life as the two need to go hand in hand. Your business must fit into the life plan that you want to create

This is where the convergence of all six steps truly comes into play. You are now ready to apply all of your new learnings, life and business plan, with 100% clarity.  Free of old patterns, new self awareness and a healthy body and mind-set to implement the process of a successful business which ultimately finds you a truly auspicious life.
